Paella Reheating Instructions
Thank you for choosing Vida Tapas Y Cocteles at 110 Castro Street, Mountain View, CA, for your paella experience! To enjoy our authentic paella at its best, please follow these simple reheating instructions:
1. Preheat Your Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). This moderate temperature is ideal for evenly reheating the paella without drying it out.
2. Prepare The Paella
Remove the paella pan from the takeout box. If the paella is covered with aluminum foil, keep it on. If not, cover the pan with foil to ensure moisture retention.
3. Reheating
Place the covered paella pan in the preheated oven. Heat it for about 20-25 minutes. The goal is to warm it thoroughly without overcooking the ingredients.
4. Check The Paella
After 20 minutes, carefully remove the foil (watch for steam) and check if the paella is heated through. If needed, heat for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Rest Before Serving
Once heated, let the paella sit for a couple of minutes outside the oven. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
6. Serve and Enjoy
Serve the paella straight from the pan, garnishing with fresh lemon wedges if desired.
Microwave Instructions: Not recommended. However, if you prefer to reheat in a microwave, transfer the paella to a microwave-safe dish, cover with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap, and heat on medium power in 2-minute intervals, stirring gently between intervals, until thoroughly heated.
